Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to identify and address their insurance needs.
  • Provide expert advice on Farm Bureau Insurance products and services.

  • Meet and exceed sales goals while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and Michigan Farm Bureau guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Must meet all licensing requirements for a Farm Bureau Insurance Agent in Michigan.

◦ Michigan Property and Casualty License.

◦ Michigan Life and Health License.

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance, financial services, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a commitment to achieving personal and team success.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
