We're seeking a
Director of Strategy & Growth
to partner directly with the executive leadership team in shaping and executing the company's growth agenda. This is a high-impact, cross-functional leadership role designed for a strategic operator who thrives at the intersection of

As a trusted advisor to the executive team, you'll drive strategic initiatives, accelerate decision-making, and operationalize key priorities across product, content, and revenue functions. This role combines
strategic foresight with executional rigor
and is ideal for a leader who can turn ideas into measurable business outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Drive strategic growth initiatives:
    Identify, structure, and execute cross-functional projects that accelerate audience, revenue, and platform growth.
  • Partner with executive leadership:
    Support the CEO, CTO, and functional leaders in developing and tracking key strategic and operational priorities.
  • Translate strategy into execution:
    Build frameworks, processes, and metrics to ensure alignment and accountability across the organization.
  • Leverage data and insights:
    Use analytics and performance data to inform strategic recommendations, resource allocation, and growth planning.
  • Lead special projects:
    Oversee high-priority, often confidential initiatives — from new market opportunities to operational improvements.
  • Enhance executive operations:
    Drive rhythm of business activities, including planning cycles, board communications, and strategic reviews.
  • Support AI- and data-driven transformation:
    Collaborate closely with the Data and Technology teams to integrate insights, automation, and emerging technologies into core business strategies.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of experience in
    strategy, operations, consulting, or corporate development
    , ideally within consumer tech, media, or digital platforms.
  • Proven ability to
    build and operationalize strategic programs
    in dynamic, high-growth environments.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in
    data-informed decision-making and performance management
    .
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills across executive and cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in
    ambiguous, fast-changing environments
    and turn strategic vision into tangible results.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
