What You'll Do:

  • Lead daily operations and mentor a team of talented technicians and service advisors
  • Drive sales, shop performance, and customer satisfaction
  • Own KPIs, staffing decisions, and revenue targets
  • Foster a positive, accountable, and customer-first shop culture
