Overview
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Solar Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for educating potential customers about solar energy solutions, guiding them through the sales process, and helping them make informed decisions about their energy needs. As a Solar Consultant, you will play a crucial role in promoting sustainable energy practices while delivering exceptional customer service. Must be COACHABLE, COMPETITIVE and WILLING TO LEAVE. Clean background. Must have a reliable vehicle. Must be available to attend weekly trainings.

Duties
- Engage with potential customers through various channels, including door-to-door outreach and outside sales efforts.
- Conduct thorough assessments of customer needs and provide tailored solar energy solutions.
- Utilize technical sales skills to explain the benefits of solar technology and how it can meet customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using software tools such as Salesforce.
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies and improve overall performance.
- Provide ongoing support to customers throughout the installation process and ensure their satisfaction with the service provided.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to effectively position our products.
Experience
- Proven experience in technical sales or outside sales roles is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
- Bilingual candidates are highly desirable to better serve diverse customer bases.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-lasting relationships.
- A solid understanding of the solar market and renewable energy solutions is beneficial.
