Full-Time Clerical Rehab Tech 

Assisted living-  Scarsdale, NY

  • Schedule: Monday- Friday
  • Wage range of $23-$25 per hour

In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting our residents and ensuring the smooth operation of the therapy department. Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with therapy appointments
  • Collect and maintain necessary documents for resident files
  • Support resident transportation as needed
  • Perform general clerical tasks
  • Answer telephone calls and handle inquiries
  • Order and manage supplies
  • Maintain cleanliness in designated areas
  • Build strong rapport with residents to create a positive therapy experience
  • Perform any other tasks as requested by the Program Manager

Qualifications

1.  Minimum of high school diploma

2.  Some experience preferred in the care and treatment of residents in a healthcare setting.  

3.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4.  Ability to understand and follow the directions of licensed professionals.
