BlueScope Buildings North America (BBNA) is advancing several strategic marketing, digital, and brand initiatives and requires a Marketing Project Manager to provide disciplined project coordination and operational support. This role will manage the day-to-day execution of marketing projects within Adobe Workfront and ensure work is properly initiated, tracked, and reported.
The Senior Manager, Marketing Operations & Technology retains ownership of the overall platform strategy and governance; however, this position is expected to take operational ownership of how Workfront is configured for day-to-day use, how projects are set up, and how processes are documented and improved over time. The successful candidate will proactively identify timeline risks, information gaps, and process inefficiencies, and recommend adjustments before they impact delivery.
Why This Role
We're on an exciting journey at Bluescope Buildings North America (BBNA), actively expanding our capabilities to propel business growth. In this role, you'll become an integral part of our fast-growing team—a close-knit group of passionate marketers who not only love what they do but also thrive on collective success. If you're passionate about marketing and technology, and want to be part of something big, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
- Direct exposure to Marketing leadership and enterprise-level initiatives
- Hands-on experience operating Workfront in a maturing marketing operations environment
- Clear opportunity to influence how Marketing plans and delivers work across multiple brands
Key Focus Areas
- Manage day-to-day marketing project activities in Adobe Workfront (project creation, task assignment, schedules, status tracking).
- Maintain the operational setup of Workfront for Marketing (standard project templates, task lists, routing, and user guidance) in line with established processes.
- Plan and lead the team's weekly project standups to keep marketing, digital, and creative stakeholders aligned on priorities, timelines, and next steps, and issue follow-up action items.
- Act as a Workfront champion for the team by modeling best practices, answering user questions, and updating documentation as processes evolve.
- Coordinate projects across marketing, digital, creative, and other stakeholders to maintain alignment on scope, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Develop and maintain core project documentation (briefs, requirements, timelines, status reports, post-project summaries) in SharePoint and other approved platforms.
- Monitor project progress to identify bottlenecks and risks early and recommend mitigation options.
- Support the standardization and continuous improvement of marketing intake, approval, and asset-related processes to improve visibility and efficiency.
- This role is responsible for the day-to-day operation of Project Management for Marketing, ensuring accurate setup, adherence to agreed processes, current documentation, and practical improvements based on usage.
- The role is expected to surface and recommend workflow, intake, or reporting enhancements.
- Provides digital project and program management support, establishing marketing processes, facilitating ongoing improvements, and workflows (via Workfront). Promotes ownership, accountability, and dependability to achieve a shared project vision and successful implementation.
Required

- Demonstrated, hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront (or comparable enterprise work management tool), including building and managing projects from initiation through completion.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to translate marketing requirements into clear, actionable project plans and updates.
- Experience managing multi-channel marketing efforts (web, email, campaign, content, sales enablement) and coordinating required creative assets.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple projects concurrently in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
