Overview:

Viceroy is seeking an accomplished Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to join its New York corporate head office. This senior executive will serve as the architect of Viceroy's global commercial vision, leading the integration of sales, revenue, marketing, digital, and brand strategy to maximize profitability, expand market share, and elevate the brand's position in the luxury hospitality sector. Reporting directly to the CEO and collaborating closely with Highgate's executive leadership, the CCO will play a critical role in shaping the firm's next chapter of growth.

Qualifications:

Sales & Revenue Management: Deep expertise in sales strategy, revenue optimization, channel distribution, and yield management, with the ability to leverage data and predictive analytics to drive RevPAR and TRevPAR.

Digital & E-Commerce Leadership: Advanced knowledge of CRM, loyalty, digital marketing, e-commerce platforms, and emerging technologies that drive guest acquisition, personalization, and retention.

Brand & Marketing: Proven success in building and executing integrated global brand strategies, marketing campaigns, and partnerships that elevate luxury positioning and resonate with affluent travelers.

Data-Driven Insights: Ability to synthesize consumer intelligence, market research, and competitive analysis into actionable strategies that influence product development, pricing, and expansion.

Owner & Investor Relations: Experience cultivating relationships with property owners, asset managers, and investment partners, ensuring commercial alignment with ownership goals.
