Are you a seasoned Construction Foreman with strong experience in commercial HVAC and plumbing systems?

HB McClure is looking for a skilled leader to take ownership of complex job sites, lead large crews, and serve as the primary field contact for customers and general contractors. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in the field, excels at planning and execution, and builds high-performing teams through mentorship and accountability.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Lead the layout and installation of HVAC and plumbing systems on large commercial projects
  • Manage jobsite planning with a focus on staying ahead—coordinate crews, deliveries, and equipment to maintain schedule and production targets.
  • Manage project execution, production goals and quality standards with minimal oversight
  • Communicate directly with general contractors, subcontractors, and internal project stakeholders.
  • Perform accurate material takeoffs and contribute to cost projections.
  • Complete all required daily reports, safety huddles, goal tracking, inspections, and jobsite documentation.
  • Mentor junior foremen and technicians, fostering a culture of safety, learning, and excellence.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • 10+ years of commercial HVAC and plumbing experience, including at least 3 years of crew leadership
  • Journeyman or Master's license (Plumbing or HVAC), preferred
  • OSHA 30 certification
  • Strong planning, scheduling and organizational skills
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, cut sheets, and technical specs
  • Professional communication skills and the ability to build strong jobsite relationships
  • Valid PA driver's license and clean driving record
  • English language skills (written and verbal)
  • Successful completion of pre-hire physical, criminal background check and drug test
  • Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License and acceptable motor vehicle record required
