Job Description:

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Residential and Commercial Cleaning Contractors to join our team. As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional cleaning services to both residential and commercial clients. This position is ideal for experienced cleaners who take pride in their work and value flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Deep clean kitchens, bathrooms, and other high-use areas as needed.
  • Handle specialized cleaning tasks, including carpet cleaning, window washing, and floor polishing.
  • Follow client-specific cleaning instructions and checklists.
  • Maintain and organize cleaning supplies, ensuring they are available for each job.
  • Provide professional and courteous service when interacting with clients.
  • Requirements:

  • Valid Driver's License or ID.

  • Access to a reliable, working vehicle for travel between job sites.

  • Must provide and maintain your own cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Must have or be willing to purchase Professional General Liability Insurance.
  • Proven experience in residential and/or commercial cleaning is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality results.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
