You'll be part of a dependable crew ensuring our customers' properties remain clean, safe, and inviting every night.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain commercial properties, apartment complexes, gyms, offices, and restaurants during evening shifts
  • Perform detailed floor care including sweeping, mopping, and polishing as needed
  • Sanitize restrooms, kitchens, lobbies, elevators, and other shared spaces
  • Assist with exterior and specialty services such as power washing, trash chute cleaning, and common-area upkeep
  • Use company-provided equipment, chemicals, and PPE safely and responsibly
  • Report supply needs, maintenance issues, or safety concerns promptly
  • Follow detailed cleaning checklists and site-specific schedules
  • Travel between client locations independently and arrive on time
  • Maintain communication with supervisors and uphold iClean's professional standards

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of commercial cleaning experience (office, gym, apartment, or restaurant environments)
  • Fluent in English
  • Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license
  • Comfortable following detailed cleaning procedures and quality standards
  • Available for evening shifts (6 PM – 12 AM), 2–5 days per week
  • Able to work independently and in small teams
  • Must pass a basic background check before starting

Preferred Experience

  • Previous janitorial, porter, or custodial roles
  • Experience in 5-star hotels or high-end facilities
  • Familiarity with pressure-washing equipment
  • Ownership of commercial cleaning tools or supplies (a plus)

Compensation & Perks

  • $15 – $17 per hour, depending on experience
  • Monthly gas stipend for travel between sites
  • Additional 6-month performance bonus based on client satisfaction and reliability
  • Consistent part-time evening schedule with steady weekly work
