We are seeking a driven and resourceful
Recruiter
to join the Talent team here at Tide Rock. This person will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across both
Tide Rock
and our
portfolio companies
. The person will thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and have a proven ability to manage multiple searches for
junior to mid-level roles
across a variety of functions and industries.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruiting:
Manage full-cycle recruiting for junior to mid-level positions across both the investment firm and portfolio companies — including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management. - Stakeholder Management:
Partner closely with hiring managers, business leaders, and portfolio company operators to understand role requirements and team needs. - Candidate Sourcing:
Build and maintain robust pipelines using creative sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach). - Candidate Experience:
Deliver a high-quality, responsive, and professional experience to every candidate throughout the hiring process. - Market Insights:
Provide guidance on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and market trends to internal stakeholders. - Process Improvement:
Support ongoing enhancements to recruiting processes, systems, and tools to increase efficiency and scalability. - Employer Brand Support:
Help promote Tide Rock and portfolio company brands in the talent market through networking and outreach.
Qualifications
- Experience:
3–8 years of recruiting experience, ideally within a mix of agency and in-house environments. Experience recruiting for manufacturing and industrial businesses are a huge plus - Focus Areas:
Demonstrated success hiring for junior to mid-level roles across multiple functions - Communication:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to build relationships with candidates and hiring teams alike. - Organization:
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously. - Mindset:
Resourceful, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities. - Tools:
Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Clockwork, etc.).
