Hanna Infiniti of Wilmington, a high-volume premier auto group, is seeking energetic and motivated professionals to join our growing Business Development Center (BDC) team

No direct experience? No problem We value experience in Automotive BDC, Call Centers, Appointment Setting, Timeshare, Home Improvement, or Fundraising — but we provide full training for the right candidates

• Set and confirm appointments with prospective buyers
• Follow up with leads via phone, email, and CRM
• Conduct post-sale follow-ups to ensure satisfaction
• Help connect customers to the appropriate departments
• Maintain accurate records and update client information

• Outgoing personality and strong communication skills
• Highly organized with excellent follow-through
• Basic computer skills and CRM experience a plus
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must pass background check, DMV, and drug screening
