BDC Representative

Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and provide relevant information. Schedule and confirm service appointments.  Conduct proactive outbound calls and follow-ups to nurture and re-engage customers. Log all customer communications and information accurately in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. Collaborate with the service team to ensure a seamless and positive customer journey. Stay up-to-date on recommended maintenance schedules, manufacturer recalls, and current promotions. Maintain high customer satisfaction and help build lasting relationships with our clientele.      What We're Looking For Prior experience in a BDC or call center environment is a plus, but we will train exceptional candidates. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone presence. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and goal-oriented mindset. Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly. Superior multitasking and organizational abilities to manage a high volume of leads and appointments.
