FINBOA, a leading provider of automation solutions for the financial sector, is seeking a Client Implementation Engineer (Front-End) -Level  I. While this is a remote position you must be located in the US states of: Texas, North Carolina, Florida, South Carolina, Illinois, New York,  Arizona, Georgia or Arkansas. 

The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology and customer success, and have experience in the banking or credit union industry and has familiarity with Reg E Dispute management.

About the Role:
As a Client Implementation Engineer (Front-End), you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless adoption of FINBOA's solutions by configuring and supporting front-end technical requirements during implementation projects. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to meet their goals and timelines while delivering an exceptional client experience.

What You'll Do:
  • Instance Configuration: Customize workflows, forms, letters, and definitions to meet client-specific requirements.
  • Technical Support: Address implementation queries, manage enhancements, and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Client Training: Lead software training sessions to familiarize client with the platform.
  • Collaboration: Work with clients to clarify implementation requirements and timelines, and update project tasks in tools like Asana.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain configuration steps, troubleshooting procedures, and knowledge base content for internal and client use.
  • Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve software configuration issues by reviewing logs and code.
  • Team Support: Assist in testing new features, mentoring team members, and refining implementation processes.

What You'll Bring:
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • High school diploma.
  • 2+ years in client-facing roles such as technical support or customer success.
  • 1+ year in a SaaS environment, focusing on front-end configuration with CSS and HTML for system customization.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies for task and priority management.
  • Positive attitude and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
  • Associate or bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience and certifications).
  • Experience in accounting, banking, or fintech.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Asana.

  • Deliver high-quality configurations and on-time implementations that exceed client expectations.
  • Maintain a 95% on-time task completion rate.
  • Demonstrate expertise in HTML, CSS, and system configuration to efficiently resolve issues.
  • Foster productive relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of documentation and implementation processes.
