We are seeking an entry level
Associate Implementation Consultant
to lead successful deployments of MEM360 for our clients. In this role, you will work directly with stakeholders to understand their business needs, design tailored solutions and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of MEM360 for clients, collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand their business needs and customize solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Conducted thorough requirements gathering sessions, translating client needs into detailed technical specifications and implementation plans.
  • Designed solution architectures and workflows, ensuring seamless integration with clients' existing systems and processes.
  • Provided comprehensive training sessions for end-users, empowering them to effectively utilize the product and maximize its benefits.
  • Design solution architectures and workflows that align with client processes and drive efficiency.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions to end-users, enabling them to fully adopt and leverage MEM360.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure on-time and high-quality outcomes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by providing ongoing support, best-practice guidance, and adoption strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience leading software implementation projects, ideally in membership or CRM platforms.
  • Experience with NetSuite
  • Strong ability to gather and document requirements, design workflows, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering on time and within scope.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to train and support users of all levels.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and act as a consultative partner.
  • US based only
  • One to five years work experience.
  • Although not required, software implementation is a plus.
