We are looking for a Warehouse Manager who is organized, systems-oriented, and solutions-driven to oversee our warehouse operations and ensure our plumbing and HVAC teams have the materials and support they need to succeed.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including inventory management, ordering, receiving, and distribution of materials.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels to meet business and project needs.
  • Develop, document, and improve warehouse systems and procedures to maximize efficiency and accuracy.
  • Coordinate and stage materials for field crews to ensure on-time job completion.
  • Supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance, structure, and accountability.
  • Collaborate with field and office teams to identify challenges and deliver practical solutions.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in warehouse or inventory management (plumbing, or HVAC industry preferred).
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with inventory management systems or software (ServiceTitan experience a plus).
  • Effective communicator who works well with field and office teams alike.
  • Reliable, diligent, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
