Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented
Customer Service Representative – Cruise Lines
to assist clients with their cruise travel needs. This work-from-home position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, is passionate about travel, and thrives in a remote support role. You will be the go-to contact for clients needing assistance with cruise bookings, questions, and trip details.

Key Responsibilities:
Answer client questions about cruise itineraries, cabins, amenities, and inclusions

Assist with booking requests, modifications, and travel preferences

Provide timely and professional customer service throughout the booking process

Communicate with cruise suppliers for updates, confirmations, and special requests

Monitor payment timelines, travel documentation, and post-booking follow-up

Keep accurate records of client preferences and reservations

Qualifications:
Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Customer service experience preferred (travel, hospitality, or retail a plus)

Comfortable navigating online booking tools and email platforms

Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks independently

Passion for cruise travel and learning about cruise lines
