In this role, you’ll assist clients in selecting and booking cruise vacations, offering personalized recommendations, pricing options, and itinerary details. If you\'re passionate about cruising and love helping others explore the world by sea, this is the perfect opportunity for you.ResponsibilitiesAssist clients in researching and booking cruise vacations with major cruise linesProvide expert advice on cruise itineraries, ship amenities, cabin types, and promotionsRespond to inquiries and follow up with potential clients via phone, email, or chatManage all aspects of the reservation process, including payments, special requests, and documentationStay current on cruise industry trends, ship launches, destination updates, and promotionsDeliver excellent customer service before, during, and after the booking processMaintain accurate records of client preferences and bookingsQualificationsExperience in travel sales, cruise booking, or customer service is preferred but not requiredStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent attention to detail and organizational abilitiesProficient with online booking systems or comfortable learning new toolsSelf-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote settingPassion for travel and enthusiasm for the cruise industryMust be 18 years of age or older with access to a computer and stable internet connectionWhat We OfferFlexible remote work scheduleAccess to travel industry training and cruise certificationsOpportunities to earn travel perks and incentive rewardsSupportive team culture with room for advancementTools and resources to help you succeed in cruise salesWork EnvironmentThis is a remote position with flexible hours, ideal for individuals who are self-driven and service-focused.
