Finance Year-Round Intern

This position will contribute to the day-to-day activities and special projects on the Vendor Master Maintenance Team. The purpose of the Co-Op Program is to provide professional development/experience to individuals within their field of study by exposure to the business environment of a large corporation.
Because this role involves access to confidential financial information, the Company has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and to provide similar protections for its clients and potential investments.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
Perform maintenance on vendor records
Assist with processing supplier requests daily
Review and solve record discrepancies
Assist internal and external customers on processes
Validate vendor banking updates
Provide support for annual compliance
Assist with special projects
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be pursuing a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance from an accredited institution at the time of internship
Must be available to work a minimum of 15 hours/week throughout the school year with flexibility for exams and school projects
Hybrid remote work schedule available
Preferred Qualifications:
- Have at least (1) year of experience using Microsoft Office products (e.g. Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams)
