Finance Year-Round Intern

This position will contribute to the day-to-day activities and special projects on the Vendor Master Maintenance Team. The purpose of the Co-Op Program is to provide professional development/experience to individuals within their field of study by exposure to the business environment of a large corporation.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

• Perform maintenance on vendor records

• Assist with processing supplier requests daily

• Review and solve record discrepancies

• Assist internal and external customers on processes

• Validate vendor banking updates

• Provide support for annual compliance

• Assist with special projects

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be pursuing a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance from an accredited institution at the time of internship

• Must be available to work a minimum of 15 hours/week throughout the school year with flexibility for exams and school projects

• Hybrid remote work schedule available

Preferred Qualifications:

• Have at least (1) year of experience using Microsoft Office products (e.g. Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams)
