Ready Credit Corporation (RCC) is an innovative fintech payments company, creating new ways for consumers to get access to electronic payments since 2005. Our business is growing and we are looking for talented individuals to join our high performing team. RCC patented the issuance of a prepaid debit card from a self-service kiosk. The kiosk instantly issues a Visa or MasterCard prepaid card that can be used worldwide. Today, we operate over 1,000 kiosks in more than 100 airports and venues in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Every major US airline has adopted our solution to support cashless operations at airports. RCC also provides cashless solutions for professional sports facilities and other venues.

The Job
We are looking for a hungry go-getter individual with experience selling financial technology services.  This individual wants to contribute meaningfully to Ready Credit's Cashless Solutions sales growth, actively generating sales for our rapidly growing sports venue, attractions, entertainment, lodging and hospitality markets. 

The ideal candidate is an outcome-driven, creative problem solver and team player who is eager to learn while building strong relationships with many different clients in variety of key markets. ResponsibilitiesIdentify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referralsEngage in conversations with senior-level contacts regarding business priorities/challenges and explore relevant solution optionsPrepare and present detailed proposals and sales presentations that clearly articulate the value proposition of our products and services and overcome objectionsOvercome objections through solution selling and successfully negotiate terms of agreementListen and demonstrate interest in the prospect while controlling the conversation and pivoting the direction of the conversation appropriatelyEffectively manage the sales process with multiple complex deals across several clients and sales stagesConsistently exceed sales growth objectivesAdvance sales opportunities and close sales in a timely mannerUtilize HubSpot data to effectively manage your pipeline and sales resultsAbout YouMinimum 5-7 years previous experience in a customer-facing environment B2B salesConsistent track record of exceeding sales goalsHighly energetic self-starter; results driven with excellent time management skillsStrong people skills; overcome tough objections; solution sellGreat teammate. You partner with others and work for the success of the team.Excellent organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detailExcellent communication skills (Verbal & Written)4-year degree or equivalent experienceProficient in Salesforce
