Position Overview

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account Coordinator to join our Client Management team. This position works closely with our Account Managers to ensure an exceptional experience for employers, brokers, and members.

You'll play a vital support role in client servicing, renewals, plan administration, and daily communication — helping maintain smooth operations across all aspects of our health, dental, and vision plan administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Account Managers with day-to-day client management and service requests

  • Assist with new client onboarding, renewals, and open enrollment coordination

  • Manage and track plan changes, eligibility updates, and billing adjustments

  • Prepare reports, benefit summaries, renewal packets, and presentation materials

  • Coordinate with internal departments (claims, eligibility, billing, stop-loss) to resolve client issues

  • Maintain accurate client records, documentation, and deliverable timelines

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and broker partners through responsive communication

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in healthcare administration, employee benefits, or insurance (TPA experience preferred)

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

  • Team-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $ $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
