About the Role

The Order Entry & Data Processing Specialist ensures every customer order is entered correctly, documented thoroughly, and tracked across multiple systems. This position is critical to keeping production, accounting, and logistics running smoothly.

This is an ideal role for someone serious about building a career in business operations, accounting, logistics, or office management. You'll start by mastering data entry and order verification, then expand into reporting, system optimization, and cross-department coordination as you grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter customer purchase orders and online orders with 100% accuracy
  • Review and verify orders for errors or missing information before processing
  • Maintain accurate data in QuickBooks, CRM, and MRP systems
  • Match invoices, shipments, and payments to ensure record consistency
  • Import daily small orders and perform detailed error checks
  • Collaborate with accounting, production, and shipping to resolve discrepancies
  • Organize and maintain detailed order files and documentation
  • Assist with reporting to support budgeting, forecasting, and scheduling
