Position Summary:

The Sales Support Associate will provide administrative and marketing support to a team of sales professionals, with a focus on commercial real estate transactions and client service coordination. The role requires strong organizational, communication, and design skills to assist in delivering high-quality marketing materials and ensuring smooth transaction processes.

Responsibilities

·
 Provide administrative and marketing support to sales professionals and brokers.

·      Assist with graphic design and marketing materials using Adobe InDesign.

·      Support commercial real estate transactions by processing documentation, coordinating details, and maintaining accurate records.

·      Prepare and process vouchers and financial-related documentation.

·      Manage and follow up on emails and client communications.

·      Edit and redline PDFs (listing agreements, marketing materials) using Adobe Acrobat.

·      Create graphics and written content for promotional and property marketing items.

·      Collect, analyze, and manipulate data in Excel for reports and presentations.

·      Coordinate property signage orders and marketing logistics.

Required Qualifications / Must-Have Skills

·
 Proficiency in Adobe InDesign (strong requirement).

·      Strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

·      Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client and internal interactions.

Preferred Qualifications

·
Minimum 2+ years' experience supporting brokers, sales, or marketing professionals.

·      Commercial real estate industry experience strongly preferred.

Technical Skills

·
Adobe InDesign

·      Adobe Acrobat (PDF editing and redlining)

·      Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

·      Outlook and web-based communication tools
