Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Senior Global Operations Programme Manager. In this position, you will oversee and manage global operational programs, ensuring alignment with company goals and strategies. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating cross-team projects, managing timelines and deliverables, analyzing processes, and identifying opportunities for optimization. You will also collaborate with international teams, monitor key performance metrics, and develop strategies for effective global program execution.

Qualifications

  • Program and project management skills, including planning, roadmap development, and monitoring outcomes
  • Global operations experience, such as managing international teams and handling cross-border projects
  • Proficiency in communication, leadership, and stakeholder management
  • Analytical and strategic thinking skills to drive improvement and innovation
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment
  • Familiarity with the software quality assurance (QA) domain is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
