Position Purpose
The D365 CE/F&O Report Developer is responsible for creating, enhancing, and supporting business intelligence and operational reports across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) and D365 Customer Engagement (including Field Service). This role partners with stakeholders to transform complex data into clear, actionable insights that directly support informed, data-driven decision-making.
Pay Range: $100,000 - $130,000 plus potential profit share.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, you must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties or tasks assigned as required. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. The essential functions of this position include but are not limited to:
- Design, develop, and maintain custom reports, modified reports, dashboards, and business intelligence solutions using tools such as SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Power BI.
- Develop complex SQL queries to extract data for reporting and build integrations using technologies like OData and Transact SQL. Ensure data accuracy, availability, consistency, and integrity throughout the reporting process.
- Collaborate with business users to identify reporting gaps, gather requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design custom features and extensions within D365 F&O. The F&O development group will implement these changes, but the report developer will need to be able to communicate specifications.
- Provide advanced technical support for reporting issues, including debugging, performance tuning, and root cause analysis.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for reporting solutions, configurations, and development processes. Assist end users with training on how to access and use the reports and reporting tools.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven experience with Power BI, SQL Power Query, Transact-SQL, DAX and SSRS.
- Strong functional understanding of core business processes within D365 F&O and D365 CE, such as finance (AP/AR/GL), supply chain, Customer Experience, and Field Service.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, keen attention to detail, and strong data modeling skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven understanding of construction and field service operations.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 25 lbs. from floor to countertop and countertop to floor.
