About You:

• You are a people-person and are motivated to provide top-of-the-line "white glove" customer service
• You are a critical-thinking problem solver with a positive attitude who can adapt on the fly
• You are comfortable with and enjoy strategizing and implementing social media campaigns
• You pride yourself on attention to detail, efficiency, and enjoy multi-tasking
• You are a solid communicator and genuinely enjoy helping others
• You understand the latest technology, love learning new software systems, and enjoy teaching others how to use them
• You are familiar with Google products and the Microsoft Office Suite
• You are a professional who is not above anything or anyone
• You are comfortable with autonomy/independence in the workplace AND enjoy being part of a team
• Preferred 3+ years in customer service roles, real estate experience not required.

About the Job:

The Agent Concierge, works closely with the managing broker and leadership team to manage office space, and collaborates with all internal departments (accounting, transaction management, marketing, and creative services) to support our roster of high-performing real estate agents. Examples of Agent Concierge's duties include:

• Collaborating with the other Concierges and internal departments to support and serve the agents
• Administrative/office manager duties like stocking and ordering office supplies, sorting office mail, taking company calls during the designated phone shift, and greeting advisors, clients, or staff who enter the office.
• Work with the Agent Concierge team to create, implement, and share social media posts on behalf of the Brokerage and Advisors.
• Assist with agent onboarding, offboarding, training, and company initiatives to include social media.
• Providing group or 1-on-1 training on new technologies and processes

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range dependent upon experience.
• Position Location: This position will be located at the company's Eagle office, with occasional travel to the Boise office location from time to time.
• In addition to base pay, we provide employees with the opportunity to select coverage under a comprehensive benefits program including medical, dental, life, accidental death and dismemberment, short-term and long-term disability, 401(k) and other plans.
• Full-Time employees are eligible for Vacation and Sick Time in accordance with our Paid Time Off Policy. Additionally, the company observes 12 paid holidays.
• Hours are 8:30AM- 5:00PM, Monday through Friday.

Pay: $50, $55,000.00 per year
