Operations Support Specialist (Part-Time | Bilingual | Hybrid Remote)

Pay: $15–$16/hour

Schedule: Monday–Thursday | No Fridays or weekends | 20–25 hrs/week

We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Bilingual Operations Support Specialist to help our operations run smoothly, assist with site audits, and support communication between our team, clients, and subcontractors. This hybrid role combines field work, administrative support, and light sales outreach.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct site audits to ensure cleaning quality and compliance with company standards.
  • Deliver and restock cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment to assigned locations.
  • Respond to emails and assist with scheduling or client communication.
  • Support proposals, invoices, and general administrative tasks as needed.
  • Perform outreach to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and drop-ins.
  • Maintain lead trackers and assist with light marketing efforts.
  • Be available for on-call support when operations require assistance.

Requirements

  • Bilingual (English & Spanish required) — must be able to communicate effectively with both staff and clients.
  • Must have a personal laptop or computer and reliable internet (work-from-home for administrative tasks).
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for errands and site visits.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive).
  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with strong time-management skills.

Pay: $ $16.00 per hour
