Job Title: District Fitness Manager
Company: Chiefs Fit    POSITION OVERVIEW The District Fitness Manager is responsible for leading and managing the personal training department within Chiefs Fit and for overseeing the personal training operations across multiple locations within a district. This role involves managing fitness staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality fitness programs, achieving financial targets, and promoting a positive and motivating environment for both staff and members. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop personal trainers Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and support Implement staff schedules and manage shift assignments to ensure adequate coverage Program Development: Monitor program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments based on feedback and performance metrics Client Experience: Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through personalized attention, motivation, and support Conduct initial consultations and fitness assessments to develop tailored training plans Address client concerns and feedback promptly to maintain a positive client experience Operations Oversight: Ensure that all facilities within the district are clean, well-maintained, and equipped with up-to-date fitness equipment Monitor facility operations to ensure adherence to health and safety standards Financial Management: Manage budgets for each location, ensuring financial targets are met Analyze financial performance, including revenue and expenses, and develop strategies for improvement Member Experience: Develop and implement strategies to enhance member engagement, retention, and satisfaction Marketing and Sales: Collaborate with Director of Personal Training to promote fitness programs and services Develop and execute local marketing strategies to attract new members and increase program participation Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports on district performance, including financial, operational, and member satisfaction metrics Utilize data to drive decision-making and improve overall district performance Compliance: Ensure all locations comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.   Perform other duties as required.  Employee responsibilities are subject to change at any time.

WORK SCHEDULE This is a full-time management position. Your daily schedule will vary throughout the week depending on the needs of the club, the staff, and the members. Your hours should include prime time and should allow you to interact with staff and members throughout the day. Special events, promotions, and other demands will require some early mornings, late nights and weekends.
