Madeli-USA is offering an exciting full-time opportunity for a Regional Sales Manager for the US and Canadian Market.

Job Title: Regional Sales Manager, Eastern United States & Canada

Location: Remote position, resides in US Mid-Atlantic region

Position overview:

· Managing a team of sales representatives' agencies across US and Canada East

· Developing and executing sales strategies

· Ensuring the achievement of sales targets and business objectives

· Reporting to National Marketing and Sales Manager

Duties and responsibilities:

· Overseeing regional sales, promotions and campaigns

  • Manage and support Eastern representative agencies (Eastern US and Canada)

· Ensure Eastern representatives are keeping our dealers up to date with all their marketing materials needs

· Participate in the hiring and training of new Sales Representatives

  • Oversee display activities in showrooms
  • Support new programs in alignment with business growth initiatives (team approach)

· Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics

· Serving as the face of the organization to internal and external partners

  • Represent Madeli brand at showroom designer functions as needed
  • Maintain core relationships with key customers
  • Provide showroom feedback and market insight to Madeli

· Co-defining and executing territory sales plans

· Working with marketing and product teams to align efforts and product launches which reflect brand positioning

Required qualifications:

· Proven experience in Decorative Plumbing Products

· Minimum of 2+ years of experience managing sales teams

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • High effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams

· Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills

· Ability to guide and mentor sales representatives

· Travel availability of up to 50% of time (USA and Canada)

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel & Power point

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business administration, or related field

Skills and abilities:

· Driven, with a positive attitude

· Creative and solution-focused problem solver

· Effective time management, organization and multi-tasking skills

· High sense of empathy

· Good team player

· Ability to work well under pressure

· Able to work in a multicultural fast paced environment
