Job Summary
We are seeking a Development Verification Engineer focused on validating software for vehicle systems to join our Phoenix, AZ team. This position involves leading the end-to-end system validation process, ensuring vehicle software meets stringent functional, performance, and reliability standards. Ideal candidates will have a solid background in software quality assurance, particularly within embedded systems and automotive technologies, and be ready to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance our validation processes and product quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead system validation for vehicle software focusing on Connectivity and Access Control Systems.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and detailed automated test cases.
  • Ensure clarity, completeness, and testability of software requirements.
  • Document test results, identify deviations, and work on continuous process improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for alignment and timely issue resolution.

Must-Have Skills

  • Proficiency in programming/scripting for test automation.
  • Experience with automotive communication protocols (DoIP, UDS, LIN, CAN).
  • Strong understanding of wireless technologies (BLE, UWB, NFC).

Industry Experience Required
Previous experience in the automotive or embedded systems sectors is highly desirable, emphasizing the importance of hands-on experience with relevant technologies and validation processes. Fresh graduates with a keen interest in embedded systems testing and quality assurance are also encouraged to apply, as training will be provided.

This role is based onsite in Phoenix, AZ, requiring close collaboration with the engineering team.
