Role Description

This is a part-time, hybrid role based in San Diego, CA for a Social Media & PR Manager. The role involves creating, implementing, and managing social media strategies to engage audiences while enhancing the company's online presence. Additionally, the Social Media & PR Manager will write and distribute press releases, manage media relations, and collaborate with our various distillery partners on public relations campaigns. Regular responsibilities include monitoring media trends, responding to public inquiries, and crafting strategic communications to promote the our brnds initiatives effectively.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Press Releases and Media Relations, with the ability to craft engaging and effective communications
  • Expertise in Public Relations and Communication to manage brand image and respond to opportunities proactively
  • Proficiency in Strategic Communications to develop and implement PR strategies that align with business goals
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Expertise with social media platforms and digital marketing is needed. Ideally up to date with the use of AI in creating images, video and other fun stuff.
  • Experience in the spirits, beverages, or hospitality industry is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
