Responsibilities:

  • Exhibit a high level of professionalism, empathy, and positivity to Relief TMS patients.
  • Accurately set up and monitor patient treatments.
  • Create weekly staffing schedule utilizing patient advocates as needed based on census demands
  • Field patient questions and inquiries.
  • Provide weekly assessments to patients
  • Serve as a liaison between TMS psychiatrist and patients
  • Follows physician implemented TMS protocols
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise with TMS equipment
  • Enter patient, treatment, billing, and appointment data into HER
  • Oversee billing entries by patient advocates for accuracy
  • Communicate with management when issues arise.
  • Office work such as faxing, scanning, email, etc.
  • Demonstrate exceptional follow-up skills
  • Adhere to HIPPA guidelines
  • Work flexible hours that may include nights and/or weekends

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent, Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Management experience preferred
  • Exceptional social and interpersonal skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to work autonomously and remain focused
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G Suite products.
  • Ability to learn and maintain Electronic Health Record system.
  • Ability to operate Brainsway system and pass certification (training and certification provided during initial period of employment).
  • Obtain YBOCS rater certification through Brainsway (provided during initial period of employment)

Salary:
Starts at $26/hr
