Technical Program Manager - Logistics

Contract

Location: Hayward, California % onsite – 5 days/week)

Scheduled: Monday - Friday (8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm PST)

Our Logistics team is dedicated to ensuring seamless, scalable, and efficient processes that enable the timely delivery of components critical to vehicle manufacturing and service operations. We value collaboration, innovation, and a commitment to operational excellence. This role provides the opportunity to lead transformative logistics programs at the intersection of engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain, directly supporting the transition from R&D and pilot builds into high-volume automotive production.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 6 - 8 years of experience in logistics, manufacturing or technical program management within high-scale industries (e.g., automotive, aerospace, electronics).
  • Proven expertise in leading large, complex, cross-functional logistics programs from design through implementation.
  • Strong change management skills with a track record of driving organizational adoption of new processes and standards.
  • Experience with project and program management tools (i.e. SmartSheets, Microsoft Project) developing and managing schedules with cross functional teams, tracking and mitigating risks across programs and technical projects.
  • Experience with ERP and WMS systems such as SAP.
  • Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • PMP/PgMP Certification.
  • Proficiency with SQL, Python, or simulation tools to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience standing up logistics operations during a major production scale-up or greenfield program.
  • Lean or Six Sigma Certifications

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $ $75.00 per hour
