Your Role & Impact:

As a BCBA with us, you will be the clinical lead for your clients, empowered by a supportive framework that allows you to excel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clinical Leadership: Oversee all aspects of client programming, from initial assessment and treatment planning to behavior intervention plans and insurance authorizations.
• Mentor the Next Generation: Provide hands-on training, supervision, and constructive feedback to RBTs and your assigned graduate student, shaping the future of ABA.
• Empower Families: Conduct consistent and meaningful parent training sessions to ensure generalization and build strong, collaborative partnerships.
• Collaborate for Success: Work alongside other therapy providers to create a cohesive, 360-degree support system for each child.

We're Looking For a BCBA Who Is:

• A fun, passionate, and self-motivated clinician with a heart for service.
• Exceptionally organized and eager to develop innovative strategies for positive behavior change.
• A natural mentor who loves to teach and guide students and RBTs.
• Committed to ethical, play-based, and collaborative care.

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Completion of the 8-hour BACB Supervisor Training course.
• Strong technical, clinical writing, and communication skills.
