About the RoleAs an Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR), youll speak with individuals who have already expressed interest in our programs. Your role is to run short qualification calls, gather key information, document outcomes, and move qualified participants to the next stage quickly and accurately.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys talking to people, thrives in a metrics-driven environment, and is energized by steady daily activity.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct short inbound qualification calls using a structured script
- Capture accurate notes and update internal records immediately
- Assess fit against clear criteria and route individuals accordingly
- Manage a daily queue of inbound inquiries and keep the pipeline moving
- Escalate nuanced or non-standard cases to internal leads
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs
- Strong communicator with a confident, friendly phone presence
- Comfortable handling a high volume of short conversations
- Organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined in documentation
- Reliable and consistent with follow-through
- Calm under pressure and adaptable to shifting priorities
- 3040 hours per week availability
- U.S. work authorization required
- Experience as an SDR, call center rep, recruiter, or qualification specialist
- Familiarity with CRMs, lead funnels, or structured outreach workflows
- Experience working in high-growth teams or startups
- New grads and new workers welcome
