Millennium Home Health is seeking highly reliable and skilled Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) who take pride in delivering quality care to patients in the comfort of their homes. Position Overview:

You will be responsible for delivering hands-on personal care and support to patients under the supervision of a nurse or healthcare provider. This includes assisting with daily living activities and implementing the patient's individualized care plan.

Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Provide direct, in-home patient care in accordance with established care plans
• Support patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and other ADLs
• Accurately document care provided and any changes in patient condition after each visit
• Communicate clearly with the supervising nurse and report any issues or patient concerns promptly
• Educate and assist family members/caregivers with patient needs as directed
• Use all equipment, medical devices, and protective gear correctly and efficiently
• Maintain a safe and sanitary environment in the patient's home by following infection-control protocols
• Respect and maintain strict patient confidentiality at all times
• Travel to patients' homes within a 30–50 mile radius of your home location
• Attend occasional training sessions or team meetings to stay compliant and informed
• Perform additional duties as directed by supervising healthcare staff

This Role May Be a Good Fit If You:

• Are certified as a Home Health Aide (HHA) in California and your license is active and in good standing
• Have at least 1 year of experience in home care, long-term care, or related fields
• Hold a valid CPR certification
• Are a licensed driver with your own reliable vehicle that is insured and in good working order
• Are comfortable and experienced in traveling between patient homes (30–50 miles round trip)
• Have excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently without direct supervision
• Are proficient with basic mobile technology (to complete electronic charting and communication)
• Have a sincere passion for patient care and a professional, dependable, and courteous demeanor

Important Details:

• This is a per-visit position, not an hourly position. You will be compensated $30–$40 per completed patient visit
• Visit lengths and frequencies vary depending on patient needs and location
