Our front office is the heart of the shop — the first and last stop for every customer — and we're looking for a reliable, organized professional who can handle high-responsibility tasks in a busy, hands-on automotive environment.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Front Office Coordinator to manage daily customer interactions, handle calls, schedule appointments, process payments, and enter invoices into our system. This is an essential role — reliability, accuracy, and professionalism are required. The role may also occasionally require moving vehicles within the shop or lot.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and manage all front-desk operations
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and communicate repair updates
  • Process payments and enter invoices accurately into the computer system
  • Handle insurance paperwork and other customer documentation
  • Coordinate pickup/drop-off of rental cars with rental car providers (like Enterprise)
  • Occasionally move vehicles within the shop or lot as needed

Qualifications:

  • Dependable and punctual — this role is essential to daily shop operations
  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills
  • Accurate with data entry and handling payments
  • Comfortable using computers and scheduling or invoicing software
  • Experience in a busy office, customer service, or automotive environment preferred but not required
  • Willingness to learn and follow detailed procedures
  • Professional and confident when communicating with insurance adjusters and rental car representatives
  • Able to safely move vehicles around the shop or lot when needed

Schedule & Pay:

  • Full-time, Monday through Friday
  • Hourly pay: $20.00 – $23.00+ per hour, depending on experience and reliability

Bonus/Incentive: Additional compensation for excellent attendance and proven reliability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
