Duties
- Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide prompt, courteous support and resolve inquiries efficiently
- Assist clients with product or service information, troubleshooting issues, and processing transactions with professionalism
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or promote new products and services in a friendly manner
- Manage data entry tasks accurately within customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other software tools
- Handle cash transactions securely when necessary, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed
- Maintain high standards of phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure positive customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve processes, and enhance overall customer experience
- Support client services by providing detailed analysis of customer feedback and issue trends for continuous improvement
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications for documentation, reporting, and correspondence as needed
- Perform call center duties including call routing, logging interactions, and managing high call volumes efficiently
Experience
- Previous experience in a call center or customer support environment is highly preferred
- Demonstrated ability in outbound calling, sales support, or client services roles
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and data entry systems
- Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse populations
- Knowledge of phone etiquette best practices and customer service principles
- Experience handling cash transactions accurately and securely is advantageous
- Familiarity with analysis skills for evaluating customer feedback or service metrics is beneficial
- Prior experience in a fast-paced environment requiring multitasking and quick thinking is desirable
