Duties

  • Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide prompt, courteous support and resolve inquiries efficiently
  • Assist clients with product or service information, troubleshooting issues, and processing transactions with professionalism
  • Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or promote new products and services in a friendly manner
  • Manage data entry tasks accurately within customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other software tools
  • Handle cash transactions securely when necessary, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed
  • Maintain high standards of phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure positive customer interactions
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve processes, and enhance overall customer experience
  • Support client services by providing detailed analysis of customer feedback and issue trends for continuous improvement
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications for documentation, reporting, and correspondence as needed
  • Perform call center duties including call routing, logging interactions, and managing high call volumes efficiently

Experience

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer support environment is highly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability in outbound calling, sales support, or client services roles
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and data entry systems
  • Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse populations
  • Knowledge of phone etiquette best practices and customer service principles
  • Experience handling cash transactions accurately and securely is advantageous
  • Familiarity with analysis skills for evaluating customer feedback or service metrics is beneficial
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced environment requiring multitasking and quick thinking is desirable
