Parts Coordinator / Assistant Parts Manager – CARSTAR Bass Collision

Location: Houston, TX

Pay: $1,100 per week + performance bonuses

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday

We are looking for a Parts Coordinator / Assistant Parts Manager to join our team and play a key role in keeping our repair process efficient, organized, and profitable.

Position Summary

The Parts Coordinator is responsible for ordering, receiving, and organizing all parts needed for collision repairs.

You'll work closely with estimators, technicians, and management to ensure parts are accurate, on time, and ready when repairs begin.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order OEM, aftermarket, and recycled parts for assigned repair orders.
  • Verify parts accuracy, pricing, and availability with vendors.
  • Receive and inspect all incoming parts for damage or accuracy.
  • Maintain clean and organized parts area.
  • Process returns, cores, and credits promptly.
  • Communicate effectively with estimators and technicians to avoid delays.
  • Track order status in CCC ONE or similar system.
  • Support management with vendor relationships and rebate tracking.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a collision repair environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple repair orders efficiently.
  • Experience with CCC ONE or similar systems (preferred).
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
