We're moving fast and building something meaningful from the ground up.The RoleWe're seeking a Lead Developer to join as a core team member with a clear path to becoming a technical co-founder. This is an equity-based role to start, with the opportunity to transition into a formal co-founder position once funding is secured. You'll work directly with the founding team on everything from building the MVP to scaling the platform, while gaining meaningful equity ownership in the company.You'll have the chance to shape the future of Ralle's technology, team, and growth.ResponsibilitiesLead all technical aspects of Ralle's early development and infrastructureArchitect and build the core platform (Firebase, AI integrations, real-time chat, onboarding, etc.)Collaborate on product direction and iterate quickly based on user feedbackOversee scalability, performance, and long-term tech decisionsExperience in community-building or designing for community engagement is a strong plusBuild or lead a lean dev team as the platform growsHelp define and implement a technical roadmap to support fundraising, launches, and user acquisitionQualificationsStrong full-stack experience (we're using Firebase Studio for the MVP, but open to what's best long-term)Familiarity with real-time communication tech, AI integrations, or social/community platformsAbility to build quickly and prioritize what mattersPrevious startup or founder experience is a big plusComfortable with ambiguity and excited by 0->1 challengesPassion for solving the problems of modern digital community and building something people loveEquity & CommitmentThis is an equity-based co-founder role (initially unpaid)Compensation will grow alongside the company and fundraisingWe're currently in pitch mode and ready to raiseYou'll be part of shaping not only the product, but the company itselfIf you're a builder who's looking for a meaningful challenge, and not just another gig—we'd love to meet you.
