Reporting to the Americas Vice President of Sales, you will lead and mentor a team of Sr Enterprise Account Executives, overseeing the development and execution of sales initiatives, client relationships, and strategic partnerships. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the graph database landscape, influence industries, and drive innovation.Responsibilities and Duties:Lead and manage a team of Sr Enterprise Account Executives, providing guidance, support, and mentorshipDevelop and execute sales strategies to drive new business acquisition and expand existing customer relationships within the Financial Services industry.Drive team performance and productivity, ensuring sales targets and objectives are met and exceededBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients, executives, and stakeholders in the Financial Services industryNavigate complex sales processes and contract negotiations for large dealsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve overall business goalsDrive revenue growth and contribute to the company's success in a high-growth environmentLeverage your customer-facing skills to engage effectively with executives at Tier 1 Financial Services organizationsUtilize familiarity with cloud service providers, channel partnerships, and knowledge of Database as a Service (DBaaS) and the broader database market to explore growth opportunitiesPriorities:Implement metrics, systems, and processes to scale a product sales organization (playbooks, systems, KPIs, comp plans, team operations, forecasting, etc.)Establish a foundation for a scalable enterprise selling motionStreamline the top of the funnel and scale the sales process through operational efficiencyDrive net new and expansion revenue growth by leveraging Neo4j's suite of new products to create profitable marketsQualifications and Requirements:A minimum of 8+ years of experience in a Managing/Director/VP role in Enterprise SaaS sales focused on the Financial Services industryAt least 5+ years of experience managing Strategic and Large Enterprise Account Executives/ManagersProven track record of success in driving new business and expanding existing Financial Services customer baseDemonstrated success in building, hiring, and scaling large enterprise sales teamsExperience operating in a high-growth business environmentExcellent customer-facing skills, with the ability to establish and maintain strong relationshipsProficiency in navigating complex contract structures and handling large seven-figure dealsStrong history of quota attainment and exceptional performance within a high-achieving teamProven ability to engage effectively with executives at Tier 1 Financial Services organizationsContribution to a GTM transition and/or new product introductionEnterprise Sales experience with mid six-figure ACV & 6 month+ sales cyclesBonus Areas:Familiarity or proficiency with cloud service providers and channel partnershipsKnowledge of Database as a Service (DBaaS) and the broader database marketWhy Join Neo4j?Neo4j is, without question, the most popular graph database in the world.
