Regional Vice President – East Coast
Salary:
Up to $200,000 basic, plus $100,000 OTE (uncapped)
Location
: NYC - 3 days in office per week
We are recruiting for a Regional Vice President to lead the East Coast region commercially for Chambers, based in our NYC office in Midtown Manhattan.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drive overall revenue growth across the East Coast Region in line with business objectives.
- Lead and support the East Coast sales teams, providing direction and accountability towards achievement of their targets.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including the New Business Team Lead, Head of Spotlight Research, Head of Marketing, and US Managing Director to expand the Spotlight Guide.
- Represent the company and help host client and industry events within the East Region to strengthen brand presence and foster client engagement

Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven track record in regional leadership, sales management or revenue growth roles.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities in a complex, B2B sales environment.
- Demonstrated experience in managing senior-level client relationships and retaining key accounts.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct a team member towards achieving shared goals.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally across business development, marketing, and research teams.
- Event hosting or client engagement experience is desirable.

This is a full-time position with room for growth and awesome company perks not limited to:
- 15 days PTO per annum + 11 public holidays
- The offices are also closed in between Christmas and New Year so there is no need to book time off for 27th – 31st December
