In This Role, You Will:

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to attract new patients and retain existing ones.

  • Act as a business partner to promote patient volume and maintain reports on referral and volume trends.

  • Organize community seminars and speaking engagements for physicians.

  • Identify referral sources (target audiences) for each NYCBS location, service, and physician.

  • Establish and maintain strong communication with referring providers and/or their staff through visits, emails, and calls.

We Require:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.

  • 2+ years of proven experience identifying target audiences and leading creative, multi-channel marketing campaigns that engage, educate, and motivate.

  • Superior interpersonal and organizational skills.

  • Experience in a healthcare environment is a plus.

  • Strong analytical abilities and MS Office (Word, Excel, Access) skills.

  • Must be fluent with social media.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging business atmosphere.

  • Willingness to travel within the Tri-State area,.

  • Starting Salary: $80,000/year based on experience, plus discretionary bonus potential.
