Reproductive Medicine Associates of New York (RMA of New York) one of the country's top fertility centers, is looking for a New Patient Liaison to work in our Manhattan office optional in a hybrid compacity or fully remote in the states of New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, South Carolina and Florida only.

This person will be responsible for responding to new patient inquiries and requests in a timely and appropriate manner, helping callers to understand the services at RMA of NY, scheduling new patients to maximize physician scheduling, review patient insurance coverage to answer any questions prior to coming in for NP visit; instruct patients on referral process if required, review general inquiries regarding costs of services and financing options available to patients, collaborate with Patient Services Outreach Supervisor to follow-up with new patient leads from various organizations.

The ideal candidate must have a bachelor's degree in biology (or related science), Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, or related field. Bilingual-Spanish speaking is a plus. The candidate should be smart, outgoing, organized, and enjoy working with people.

Responsibilities include interacting with patients, answering phones, making appointments, preparing charts and other related tasks. Medical office experience is a plus, interest in the field of reproductive medicine a must. Rotating weekends and holidays 



Pay: $40,000.00 to $42,000 per year
