What You'll DoAs a Wellness Advisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring our clients have an exceptional experience. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing personalized wellness recommendations to clients based on their needs and goals. - Educating clients about our services, programs, and offerings. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty. - Assisting with scheduling appointments and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. - Maintaining a clean, organized, and calming environment that reflects our values.
What We're Looking ForTo thrive in this role, you'll need: - At least 1 year of experience in a wellness, customer service, or related role. - A genuine passion for health, wellness, and helping others. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients and team members. - A proactive and positive attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service. - Organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
