Description

Primary Purpose

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing and impactful designs across digital and print platforms to enhance our brand presence and engage our target audience. This role requires a creative thinker with a keen eye for aesthetics and a deep understanding of design principles, layout, and color theory. The Graphic Designer will collaborate with the marketing, content, and product teams to create a wide range of materials, from social media graphics and email visuals to infographics, web assets, and print collateral.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Design and Production:

  • Develop and design compelling graphics for digital channels, including social media, websites, email marketing, and online ads.
  • Create print materials, such as brochures, flyers, posters, and other collateral that effectively communicate brand messaging.
  • Conceptualize and execute visuals for presentations, product packaging, infographics, and brand assets.

Brand Consistency:

  • Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and visual identity, maintaining consistency across all platforms and materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and deliver designs that support business goals while reflecting the brand's style and tone.

Project Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing and content teams to develop creative ideas and concepts for campaigns and promotions.
  • Provide design support to other departments as needed, including assistance with layout adjustments and edits.

Creative Development:

  • Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and industry developments to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the team.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative solutions that enhance user engagement and improve the visual quality of content.

File Management and Quality Control:

  • Prepare and deliver final design files for print and digital production, ensuring all files are organized and meet technical requirements.
  • Review and proof all materials for accuracy and quality, ensuring the final product is error-free and meets project specifications.

Other Duties and Responsibilities

  • Comprehensive knowledge of the products Country Supplier sells.
  • Perform daily cleaning – such as, but not limited to, vacuuming, replacing full trashes with new trash bags, and sweeping.
  • Other duties assigned as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role preferred.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, or Sketch is a plus.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across digital and print platforms.
  • Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and branding principles.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to take feedback and iterate designs based on input from stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail, able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or experience in video editing software is a bonus.
