What you'll do:

• Manage daily operations of the service department, including scheduling, workflow, and staff management.

• Supervise and support a team of service advisors, technicians, and support staff.

• Monitor and manage department performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, sales, and profitability.

• Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality, efficiency, and customer retention.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

What you'll need:

• Proven experience as an Automotive Service Manager or in a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures. Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Proficiency in using automotive service management software.
