Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and recommend solutions for budgetary, procedural, and administrative needs.
  • Lead and coordinate assigned projects; establish schedules and evaluate results.
  • Support information system updates and develop system requirements with consultants.
  • Assist with capital improvement and budget program development, tracking, and reporting.
  • Coordinate public information and marketing efforts; prepare presentations and reports.
  • Administer contracts and vendor agreements; monitor performance, schedules, and budgets.
  • Conduct and analyze water utilization and billing data; ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Improve purchasing processes, implement cost-saving initiatives, and ensure efficiency.
  • Oversee and monitor annual and project budgets, ensuring optimal use of resources.
  • Support emergency preparedness programs and staff training.
  • Contribute to goal-setting, policy development, and implementation of organizational objectives.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: Six (6) years of relevant experience, or three (3) years at Analyst III level.
  • Knowledge: Business and program management, budgeting, data analysis, contract administration, and information systems.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities; proficiency in office and financial software.

Pay: $ $52.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
