Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized PMO Training Coordinator to support the Project Management Office's training and certification programs. This role manages the operational and administrative aspects of the PMO's Learning Management System (LMS), training documentation, and certification tracking to ensure compliance, accessibility, and accuracy. The coordinator will also deliver ongoing reporting and data analytics to measure training completion, certification progress, and competency development within the PMO and project execution teams.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary administrator for the PMO's learning management system and manage all training programs, user profiles, learning paths, and course configurations.
  • Coordinate technical support for LMS users and collaborate with IT and enterprise administrators on PMO system enhancements.
  • Maintain document control for PMO training materials including version updates, approvals, and archival processes.
  • Ensure all PMO training materials comply with governance and documentation standards.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc training and certification reports, including dashboards and KPI tracking in Power BI.
  • Maintain databases for internal PMO certification programs and training completion records.
  • Track certification progress, manage notifications, and coordinate evaluation processes for PMO and project execution personnel.
  • Support training logistics such as scheduling, enrollment, and communication for PMO-specific learning events.
  • Manage onboarding training assignments for new hires within the PMO and ensure compliance with mandatory courses.
  • Support audits and project reviews by maintaining detailed documentation and training records.
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts to streamline training operations and document management processes.

Requirements

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in training coordination, LMS administration, or document control.
  • Demonstrated experience managing learning management systems and training databases.
  • Proficiency in Power BI for data analytics and dashboard creation.
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and process management skills.
  • Advanced MS Excel proficiency including pivot tables and data analysis formulas.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills to support diverse internal stakeholders.
  • Understanding of competency frameworks and project management training methodologies.

Additional Information

  • Position may require travel within the U.S. and internationally up to 10–20% annually.
  • Work environment includes both office and training settings with occasional site visits.
  • Must maintain a valid passport and driver's license.
  • Adherence to all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies is required.
