We are seeking a high-performing F&I Manager to join our leadership team. This individual will oversee all aspects of finance and insurance operations, ensure compliance, and maximize profitability while maintaining an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Present and clearly explain finance, insurance, and protection products to customers
  • Assist with credit applications and match customers with appropriate financing options
  • Ensure all transactions are fully compliant with federal and state regulations
  • Maintain complete and accurate records for all sales and contracts
  • Partner closely with the sales management team to achieve store profitability goals
  • Deliver a transparent, customer-focused process that builds trust and long-term relationships

Requirements

  • Proven experience in automotive F&I, finance, or dealership management
  • Strong knowledge of credit, lending, and compliance requirements
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • High integrity, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Must pass pre-employment background and drug screening
